Runwell Co exists to change that. We map where the weight of the company sits, fix the handoffs that matter most, and measure whether it worked.

Healthcare taught me that the most dangerous moment is when work passes from one person to the next. I spent years inside hospitals coordinating work across departments and shifts, and before that building partnerships with health systems as a business development executive.
Today I combine that discipline with training in AI and automation implementation. I run my own companies on the same kinds of systems we install for clients, including a scored assessment platform and the AI tools behind it, so nothing we recommend is untested.
